1. Choosing a colour
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible but please remember that how you see the colours will depend on the screen settings of your computer monitor or mobile device.
2. Choosing a size
All of our espadrilles are handmade in Spain so the EU sizes shown will be true to size. However, there are no exact equivalents between EU sizing and UK sizing so the UK sizes given on our website are an approximation. It would be best if you know your EU size.
Here are the approximate equivalent EU/UK sizes:
• Size 35 is a UK size 3
• Size 36 is a UK size 3.5
• Size 37 is a UK size 4
• Size 38 is a UK size 5
• Size 39 is a UK size 6
• Size 40 is a UK size 7
• Size 41 is a UK size 7.5
• Size 42 is a UK size 8
You will find that the canvas upper will give a little in the same way that leather does. If you would like more advice on sizes then please contact us.
3. Out of stock items
If we are out of stock of the item you wish to purchase then please contact us and we will do our best to let you know when that item will be back in stock.
4. Checkout
Once you have completed the checkout process you will have confirmed your order. It may be possible to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Cost of Postage
Postage charges will vary according to how many items you purchase and whether they are being sent to a UK address or elsewhere. During the Checkout process, the postage cost is shown only as an estimate until you type in your destination country. At that point you will see the Cost of Postage become an exact amount based on the following list;
Delivery to a UK address will be by Royal Mail First Class (Signed For).
• One item - £4.00
• Two items or more - £6.00
Delivery to an address in Europe will be by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
• One item - £13.00
• Two items or more - £15.00
If you would like your order to be delivered to an address in a country which is not currently listed in our shopping cart options please contact us.
6. Payment
We provide two options for payment in our shopping cart checkout. The default setting is for credit card payment and the alternative is via PayPal. If you select the PayPal option you will be transferred to the PayPal website where you can log-in to your PayPal account and process your transaction with us there.
7. Dispatch
All orders will be dispatched from the UK. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email.
8. Delivery
Deliveries to a UK address will usually take 2-5 working days after the order is placed. All orders will require a signature on delivery.
We are happy to dispatch orders to countries overseas. These orders would be tracked and a signature would be required on arrival. However, we do find that it is difficult to predict how long the parcel will be in transit. This varies greatly from one country to another and unfortunately this is beyond our control.
If the delivery address is outside the UK then please ensure that there are no import restrictions before placing your order. Also, any taxes or duty payable will be the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reclaimed from ShoeDolly.
9. Returns
PLEASE send us an email to say you have returned shoes so we can keep an eye on the postal service.
You can return any item for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. Returned items must be unworn and in their original box. Please bear in mind that they will be inspected when received. We strongly recommend that you try on your shoes in a carpeted area as shoes with clearly damaged soles will not be accepted by us.
Returned items must also be accompanied by the packing slip which you will have received with your shoes. Please indicate whether you require a refund or an exchange.
We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail “UK Tracked 48” which is fully trackable and includes compensation up to £150. The cost of this service for a parcel weighing up to 2 kg is £3.95
Please obtain and keep safe your proof of postage as ShoeDolly would not liable for goods in transit until they reach our premises. The cost of postage for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. However, together with the refund for the shoes, we will also refund the original postage cost that you were charged on your order.

Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund or exchange but PLEASE remember to send us an email to say you have returned shoes so we can keep an eye on the postal service.
10. Refund
Refunds will be made to the card originally used for payment. We will issue your refund in 1 to 2 working days after we have received your returned goods. However, please bear in mind that this refund could take 5 to 10 days to appear on your statement. This delay is down to the credit card companies and unfortunately this is beyond our control.
11. Exchange
Please indicate the style, colour and size of the new item you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item. You will not be charged postage for the replacement item, however, any difference in price will need to be settled. When we dispatch your new item you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your new espadrilles are on their way to you.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
ShoeDolly provides two payment options in the shopping cart process. The default setting is for direct credit card payment and the alternative is via PayPal. If you select the credit card option this will be handled securely by Stripe.com which is one of the secure international payment gateways for online shopping. If you select the PayPal option you will be transferred to the PayPal website where you can log-in to your own PayPal account and process your transaction there.
In either of the above methods, ShoeDolly DOES NOT store or have access to your debit or credit card details. We only have your email address and home/shipping address as a necessary part of the purchase and dispatch process. We do not use any bulk email messaging services and there is NO user account set-up required as part of the shopping experience.
